REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

We want you to feel confident when purchasing courses, digital products, or services from resourceswithresonance.com and claudettechant.com. This policy explains your rights and our responsibilities with respect to refunds and cancellations.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods or services replaced or repaired if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Policy limits your rights under the ACL.
Courses (Live or Online)
  • Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind after enrolment.
  • Cancellations by You: If you cancel your enrolment before the course begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less an administration fee, depending on the course terms stated at the time of purchase.
  • Cancellations by Us: If we cancel a course (live or online), you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your enrolment to another course or date.
  • Non-Attendance: If you fail to attend or access a course without notice, no refund will be given.
Digital Products & Downloads
  • Immediate Access: Due to the nature of digital products (including PDFs, templates, and downloadable resources), all sales are final once access or download has been provided.
  • Faulty Downloads: If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, please contact us within 7 days. We will ensure you receive the files or provide a replacement link.
Services (Editing, Coaching, Consulting)
  • Cancellations by You: If you cancel a booked session or service, notice must be given at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be forfeited or rescheduled at our discretion.
  • Cancellations by Us: If we must cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an alternative time or a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
Transfers & Substitutions
  • Course enrolments are generally non-transferable. However, in some cases, and at our discretion, we may allow you to transfer your enrolment to another person or future course date. Please contact us to discuss.
